Hello, my name is Gracee, and I'm on Carelinx in order to offer my caregiving services to families in need. Ever since I was a young child, I have been caring in small ways for family members dealing with chronic and often debilitating illnesses. Because many of my own loved ones have been challenged by difficult medical conditions, I am aware of the importance of a strong support system and strive to offer kind awareness and companionship as part of my personal vocation. My current goal is to pursue a Master's in Nursing so that I can use my interpersonal communication skills to help empower people, no matter their state of health or physical capacity. My favorite part about caregiving is that shared moments of friendship and laughter are not only beneficial to the recipient but to the caregiver as well. As much as I enjoy helping people with their daily tasks, I also enjoy witnessing and fostering their individual characters and personalities.
