I became a caregiver at the age of 18 years old. It started as a waitress job in an assisted living facility who was hiring within for a caregiver and I jumped right in. I have now worked caregiving for 2 years and have not found anything that I am more passionate about doing. I have also learned that this kind of job is not for everybody and it takes a lot out of a person, but it is also a very rewarding job. I just want to make a difference in a world that is in need of more passionate people. :)
