I have cared for non-family members whom are elderly for over 10 years; One of whom was a paraplegic, another was basic elderly care, another was Cerebral palsy and most recently is a woman with MS and her medically fragile husband. I have been caring for the later for over two years. I organize all their medical appointments and work very closely with the doctors, therapists, and manage three other caregivers that work for them. I do the scheduling of all the caregivers (90+ hours a week), make sure all of them are following procedures, and hire and fire employees. I am responsible for 100% of the medication management as well including the Warfarin management. I have many local and current references that will tell you that they love my dependability, and meticulous attention to detail in each and everything I do.
