Hello I'm Francesca, I currently reside in upland, ca. I have 10 years in the Medical field as a caregiver, and medical professional. I have worked with all ages, have experience with different care needs, and stages of life. I became a caregiver after a health scare with my dad in my early 20's, and decided it was important to educate myself and learn skills necessary to take care of my parents. This is what started my path to furthering my education in nursing and learning even more to be a better advocate for myself and my patients. I am a giver and have always enjoyed helping others. Being a right hand person for all they may need, and most important just making them feel heard and cared for. I hope that each person I come across feels that I was professional, but also personable as I try to treat each person as if they are my family member.
