1. I became a care giver after I lost my father in automobile crash in 2003. This experience opened my eyes to the level of care and compassion required by patients and relatives. 2 I like it when a patient or resident says thank you. This singular act makes my day. 3. I am particularly proud that I was able to introduce change of shift meetings/briefings in my workplace where we were given a heads up on the current states of our patients, any change of conditions were communicated to us to better monitor our patients. 4.
