As a caregiver I became a more compassionate and patient person not only with my residents but also in my life in general. What attracted me to be a caregiver was because I've always wanted to work my way up in the medical field and I thought caregiving would be a step in the door and it has. It has showed me alot and I could say the thing I love the most about caregiving is the relationships you would with your residents. A personal achievement that I am proud of is that I recently passed a CNA exam and I'm ready to enter another field which is cna and build my skills as a healthcare worker.
