I worked through an agency for 4 years as a CNA ,The lady I was taking care of was so impressed with my work that she asked the son to hire me directly and so he paid off close to $8000 just to get me out and work directly for her , I enjoyed every moment taking care of a,90 year old,she was very close to my heart , who had emphysema and copd ,alziemier's and dementia, unfortunately she passed away on Thanksgiving day!God bless her soul ,the son was still paying me until he knew I have a job !With good references you will never be disappointed, I love working with all age groups!Currently employed through 2 agencies Right at home and Brightstar ,wouldn't be employed without background check ,drug test ,physical and valid CPR,registered with state As well HHA ,thank you!I have more than 12 years experience .
