I am a caregiver with more than 10 years of experience, I chose to become a senior caregiver is because it comes naturally to the family. I like this field because I am known for my sensitivity, my giving nature and my nurturing desire to help those who need help. l like being a caregiver because it is the most rewarding thing I can do and my passion is to put others first. Personal Achievement that I am really proud of is that I can care for seniors that need my help. Somethings that make me a great caregiver is that I am a cheerful person, very honest, reliable, hard working person and very eager to excel in everything I do.

Hello my name is Marsha Taylor. just a little bit about me. I was just 17 years old taking care of my grandmother she was very sick right before my grandmother passed away. I told her I think I found what type of work I wanted to do.working in the medical field. so the very first job I got was becoming a caregiver.so I started helping people that couldn't help their self and people that needed assisting with doing their day to day living and I love it. I enjoyed it so much I stayed at my very first job for 19 years .Then I want to learn more and I became a certified nurse assistant I got my HHA ,CPR ,first aid ,BLS I worked in nursing homes, Care homes,private care, Post acute .I can honestly say I enjoy what I do working with elderly ,young adults ,and also children... I also have experience and management, lead cashier, sales & associates, customer service, and retail... Dedication,patients,and respect... work and grow in a professional environment where my knowledge, experience, and creativity can be put to the best use. Also I am a good worker and very reliable and a fast learner. When Things get tuff I am a problem solver and a good thinker. I work best either in a group setting or alone when the task need to be done I am the one who takes charge.
