Duties: Obtained gave change of shift report.Took patients Vitals and followed up with timely and accurate charting procedures. Recorded information in clients charts. Responsible of the direct care and supervision of (20) patients on an assigned unit ensuring their safe and consistent quality care . Provided Mental Health Services to difference populations e.g. children (7-10), Adolescents (12-18), Adults, Geriatric and Veterans . Assist with the impatient treatment taking a strength -based and holistic approach to assist individuals in crisis, move towards psychiatric stability and recovery. Collaborated with an interdisciplinary team of professional: Social Workers, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Rehabilitation Counselors to develop discharge/individualized treatment plan. Assist in patient's seclusion/restraint utilizing management of aggressive behavior techniques.
