I am a career recruiter who has transitioned to health and fitness. I have been the primary caregiver for my Mom in SF since my Dad died 2 years ago. She is now back to exercising and baking and I couldn't be happier. She is still forgetful, but she is in her own home and happy. I am attracted to being a caregiver as I feel our seniors are forgotten about as they age (as we all age). Being active with my Mom, has helped me realize I would like to do the same with others that are closer to me in traveling distance. I just completed my personal training certification and what I'd like more than anything, is to work with seniors on keeping their bodies in motion. What I like the most is the personal reward in helping someone else.
