I'm a mother of 5 and grandmother to 10. I've worked as a caregiver for the last 15+ years and counting. I love my clients and working with the elderly. What started out as a job became second nature and probably alot of that has to do with my cultural background. I loved it so much, I paid for my own training and certifications to be an independent caregiver. I got bonded, insured and registered with the state and I have several great references from the loving families of those whom I have cared for over the years. I've had great experiences with those who I have worked for and with, along with learning from wonderful nurses and doctors that I've interacted with during the care of many of my clients. I am very proud of the achievements I've made in taking the initiative to learn as I go with each client, and each client came with various conditions and ailments, and some with multiple conditions. It has been a great journey of growth and connection for me like no other and I find it so fulfilling to be able to help our elderly population in need. They have been all like family.

Hello, my name is Pilimilose Toki but I go by Rose and I have been a caregiver for 20+ years. I am patient, empathetic and very enthusiastic in any work environment that I am placed in. These traits are what I believe make me an excellent caregiver. What attracted me to this field of work is being able to help those in need. Before my mother's passing, I took care of her for many years and it brings me joy to be able to do the same for others families. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to put a smile on my patients faces and helping them to feel comfortable, despite their current condition. A personal achievement that I am proud of would be the excellent references I have and good relationships I have built with not only my patients but with their families as well.
