I believe I am a great candidate because i show compassion and optimism. I perform all tasks with safety and respect. I care for every patient as if they were my own family member. I love being able to help another who is not able to because I know it is greatly appreciated and i have no problem with going out of my way with performing care. The reason I became a caregiver was when I was younger, I would provide care for my grandmother and great grandmother. Providing care for these important people in my life showed me there is more to life than just working for a paycheck. It showed me that over time people are not as strong as they were but the knowledge and wisdom they had gained is more rewarding to soak in . That is other reason why i love being a caregiver, I love to hear stories and real life experiences they endured at their young ages and how much life has changed over time. My personal achievement I'm proud of is graduating high school with 270 credits with a 2.8 and from there finding a career that'll help others .
