I have been working as a certified nursing assistant for 16 +years. I have experienced in memory care, nursing home and hospitals settings. Over the 16 years, this job has shown me more than anything the importance of demonstrating compassion and having patience in providing quality care to those who are in vulnerable and compromised situations. I treat my patients as my family, and I pride myself in ensuring that they are safe and never alone. I believe that providing quality care is the most important aspect of my job, and my last 16 years working in multi-specialty units has done a great job of teaching me that.
