My name is Nallely. I work in the caregiving business because I enjoy and love caring for anyone who needs help. I am currently working at a facility for senior living. I have to assist them in every way possible. As a medical technician I am also in charge of the medicine of about 70+ residents. I also make sure that all my residents are feed, bathed, and dressed. I go above and beyond to ensure they feel happy and safe. I truly care for the people I take care of and have a lot of patients for them all. I don't see it as another job. I see it as helping someone's life feel complete. At the end of the day I feel satisfied going home knowing I did a difference in someone's life. And I want to expand my knowledge with different kinds of people and different kinds of needs. Since I work with elderly people. I want to further expand my experience and work with younger people who have special needs. I also work in our memory care facility. I look after elder people that had dementia and Alzhimers. Therefore i have the patience it takes to ensure that whoever I look after is cared for 110% and I got trained to understand certain disabilities and how to care for them

What makes me a great caregiver? Well I honestly feel like I was born to serve and take care of loved ones as well as those that cannot take care of themselves. I feel like the world is so fast paced these days that we forget about those aging around us, I have been caregiving for over 10 years professionally but have taken care of my family/friends my whole life. In this field I feel like you have to have a certain amount of patience, care, loyalty and a warm touch and I with me it comes naturally. I love to care for everyone no matter the circumstances.
