My name is Kayla Frasier, I am currently working as a Memory Care Personal Care Manager at a local Senior Living community. My passion for taking care of the elderly started at a young age. In my current position I have worked myself from line staff to management by showing those around me my caring heart, and ability to quickly adapt to new surroundings and situations with ease. I have a special place in my heart for people with memory loss. I know they are more often than not, misunderstood and wanting a companion willing to jump into their reality.
