I started my career in nursing when i was 17 I worked convalescent homes and rehab facilities for years .I care for 8 to 10 residences at a time and was always rushed to get to the next . Even though I enjoyed what I did i just didn't think i sent enough individual time with each resident . So thats when I got into one on one are at the hospital . I really enjoyed getting to know each client individually . Being able to take clients on walks or just sit outside brings me joy .
