I am Kiana Melton and I am currently going to school to become a RN. I have been a caregiver for 6+ years now and I absolutely love it! It's always been in my nature to care for others and give them the proper care that they need. When I'm on the job, I treat every client like they are my own family. The one thing I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is bonding with my clients. I really enjoy listening to what other people have to say and I take the time to have conversations and really get to know what my clients like and dislike. One personal achievement that I am proud of, is that at my old job I was awarded with the reliability award because I was always on time and I had no absences. I'll always remember that.
