I am a passionate and caring person. I cared for my grandmother when she had cancer. i also worked as a home care aide for 2 sisters for 2years. what i attracted me to be a caregiver was my grandma knowing that i was able to help someone who needed my help made me feel great about my self, and gave me the passion and heart to care for others that need it. what i care about the most when it comes to caregiving is knowing that i was there to help them physically , mentally & showing them that i care for them, making them feel comfortable is always my gaol. one of my personal achievements that i have was when i cared for the 2 sisters who would always argue about everything, made them both comfortable to where they would not disagree about everything. another one was getting one of the sisters to go on a daily walk after years of not wanting to go outside. As a mother i have the heart passion to care and i like showing my daughter that everyone in this world needs love and care and i became a CNA to provide that. I also have my live scan (background check) that was done recently i have my paperwork.

I am a soft hearted person. I always believe that I can fix the world and make everything better. I always go above and beyond to help everyone even if it means I stay without. What made me become a caregiver was when my dad was in a recovery home and a patient next to him had no one to visit him and he was so sad. He said to me, "I wish I had a daughter like you". After finding out he had no one, I told him "You just got one". The smile and happiness on his face did it for me. I gave love, hug him and took little things to him he liked. Sadly he passed about 1 month later. That is the reason I love not like being a caregiver. To give love and happiness at their time of need. My personal achievement that I am so proud of is writing and completing my book. I am a Domestic Violence survivor and my book tells my story. I am also proud and happy that I worked for 10 years working for ACTOR AND WRITER MR. SIDNEY REZNICK until he passed in 2004. I hope when I finally get it published, it can help someone. I love to help and care for defenseless people and give them as much love and happiness I can. I have been working as a caregiver for the past 15 years.
