I became a caregiver after my grandmother died back in 2012. I noticed that part of the reason why she kept on living is because of her caregiver. Sometimes there aren't many hours in the day for a family member to spend time with them. Caregivers not only help with the things around the house that need to be done like cooking, cleaning, and help with there physical challenges. They also are there as a companion to fill that gap when some family members just don't have the time to go and visit. Sometimes family members have work to provide and cannot stay home to take care of them. I like the fact that you get to be part of someone's life on that level because it's not easy being elderly or not having physical strength to do things on your own anymore. My personal achievement would have to be raising my children. You never know how they'll turn out until they get older and actually apply what you taught them and it's a wonderful thing to see when they make right choices. I am 29 years of age and married with 2 children. My wife and I have been married for going on 11 wonderful years. We enjoy church and spending time with the kids. I love movies classics and new.
