The thing that makes me a better caregiver is that I see how other CNA's treat their residents and it's way different than my care. I would treat them great, with respect, and with the kindness of my heart. I was interested in this field because older people don't have the care they probably need so they are depending on CNA's to do that. My biggest achievement was being the first in my family to graduate, and I'm verry proud to say I'm a graduate from Indio high school.
