I have become a caregiver naturally through the care of my own children, my grandmother and father. Both my father and grandmother have passed on and I was able to be with them and provide care during their last years and minutes of life. Going to convalescent homes throughout my youth and consistently visiting my older neighbors is something I take pleasure in. As my children grow, I now have the time and a desire to work outside of the home to help meet the needs of other older folks who need laughter, encouragement and care. I am a Certified Postpartum Doula with Childbirth International.
