Responsabilities consist in Assisting my patient in the privacy of their home. I ensure to provide excellent clinical medically and personal care, job Duties included transferring pt's using manual hoyer lift to accommodate in the wheel chair, living room, dining room and bed. Full body Bed baths, hair cut and shaving, give medications orally and intradermal administration. Prepared meals and light housekeeping during shift. Routine physical therapy. Accompanied pt's for all Appointments, document daily activityies vital signs, order medication refill and pick up at pharmacy, keep stocked for all supplies and re order necessary items before running out of supplies. I engage with my patients and build a great relationship. Attend to all the pt's needs and make them feel comfortable and motivate them in activities to improve movement in legs arms and lower back strength. Keep active with a positive attitude and make pt feel safe at all times. Respond immediately to any warning sign of stroke or anxiety. Report the family and agency call for help while maintaining alert and calm during emergency situations.
