My name is Kenneth . I have over 8 years of experience as a caregiver in both residental homes and senior home facilities . My goal is providing an excellent quality of service in the areas of customer service, caregiving needs in all aspects of the client including, cooking, cleaning the house, administering medications, and taking care of all client needs including transportation and making each client feel comfortable on a daily basis. I am responsible, compassionate and highly motivated to help each client meet their personal needs and go above and beyond the call of duty. My experience as an in home caregiver includes taking care of many different types of clients including memory care, dementia and clients with limited mobility, wheel chair and special assistance needs such as using a catheter, lifting needs, continence care. I have CPR/ First Aid training and took over 40 relias training courses over a 3 year period. I also assist clients in changing their depends, changing into new clothes and bathing on a daily basis. I also focus on being positive and helping the clients to improve his/her self esteem and level of confidence and to partake in walks and other activities in the local community. I am an AAMA certified medical assistant. I am currently employed with Scripps Health, and looking for in home caregiving opportunities. I am punctual, reliable, hardworking, and will treat your loved one like my own family. My mother had spina bifida and ESRD, so I am well versed in home health care and what it entails. As a CMA I am fully vaccinated (including the Covid vaccine) and CPR certified. I am particularly interested in night shifts. I am experienced in hospice care, memory care, senior care, and all aspects of assistance. I have a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record, and I am willing to help transport your loved one for errands, doctors' visits, and anything else they might need. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with honors from my degree program, and was hired immediately by the organization I externed with following my program completion, so that is something I'm really proud of!
