I am extremely patient when it comes to caring for someone especially one who has limitations to everyday tasks. I have a special place in my heart for elderly and have since i was little. In my teens , instead of going out with my friends i would go around visiting seniors in my grandmothers and grandfathers mobilhome park. I would do chores for them they were unable to do, listen to there stories and eat thier cookies. I lived with and cared for my grandmother who was sick with emphysema and who later died with the disease. That was just the start of my past and still present love or better yet calling for this type of work. I have since then worked in medical massage working and treating cancer patients, muscular dystrophy, ms, diabetes, stroke, heart attack patients, ect. My education has extended to pta with exception of using my learned skills in the field. Due to my incompletion of two classes. Reason being my mother came down with cancer and i had to care for her. She is now in remission so finishing my degree might be attainable at a later time. However my focus today is caring for those in need and who i can help make comfortable using the l skills i have attained up untill this point in time. I guaranty whole heartedly my complete self dedicated to caring for your loved ones.
