House Manager/Caregiver Hired and trained all additional caregivers as needed. Maintained and scheduled all appointments and dialysis treatments. Assist with all ADL's, created exercise program with physical therapist to maintain optimal health. Tested blood sugar and administered insulin as needed. Maintained household doing all shopping and prepared food with special dietary restrictions.

Assist with ADL's Hoyer Lift to transfer patient from bed to wheelchair. Insert disposable catheter every 4 hours to remove urine and record, take and record vital signs every 6 hours, wound care for skin tears as well as some cancerous skin lesions. Cook healthy meals for both husband and wife. Attend to all medication reminders for both client's. Grocery and medical supply shopping, laundry, housekeeping chores. This is a weekend live-in position in Newport Beach, CA.

Worked for various clients throughout the LA and Orange County area. I have worked both long term and short term with all different levels of care and supervision. ADL'S, Monitoring Vital Signs and recording them, transfers, medication management, catheter care, wound care, bathing and grooming, physical therapy/range of motion exercises, diapering, cooking and cleaning. Generally reported daily care of patient to a family member. Live-In and Live-Out generally 24 hour shifts.

Assist patient with ADL'S and chart all services provided. Record all input and output, vital signs and blood sugar levels. Create various daily exercise programs, assist with all walking and transfers. Prepare and serve healthy meals choices Medication management, do household chores. Prepare all medications and nutrients to be inserted via stomach feeding tube. s Change out daily condom catheter and record output.
