I am a retired school Teacher. I decided to become a care giver after I took care for my mother before she passed! I used to stay there for more than 12 hours per day. Other patients thought I worked there because I would come at lunch time and sing dance and helped them and brought smiles to their lonely faces! At the moment I am training my morkie so I can volunteer at hospitals visiting sick children and anyone who may enjoy the company of a pet while they have to stay at the hospital. I remembered how happy my mother used to feel when they came by for a short visit. I know how hard is to find a caring responsible person to take care of your love one.i will be honored to provide the love and caring I did for my mother until she passed 1/31/15 ???? ! I need to feel the void I feel in my heart! Providing the best care will not only make me a great care giver, but it will help me know that I'm making a difference in someone's life! I miss my mother! This will be a win win situation ! My only advice have a free day with the care giver and your love one.
