My name is Dela Quashie. I have years of experience in providing caregiving services to individuals. I have performed tasks such as: grocery shopping; healthy meal preparation; money management; administering medication; personal hygiene; transportation services; as well as scheduling medical appointments I have dedicated my professional life to helping individuals achieve their personal goals and find meaningful success in their lives. With a comprehensive background in psychology, including a Master’s Degree from Antioch University, my life coaching and case management skills that specialize in several areas: assisting individuals with various career and relationship issues, helping developmentally disabled adults feel empowered and be fully integrated in their local communities. I’ve spent the last 15 years professionally in the non-profit sector advocating for individuals by focusing on teaching independent living skills, relationship skills, and assisting them in both setting and achieving their various personal life goals. I am able to assess, plan, and evaluate each individual’s needs so that they can live a life of fulfillment and determination.
