I really enjoy being a caregiver for a number of reasons, validation, dignity and quality of life are important. These three things are definitely key in building any relationship. I have been working as a caregiver for the last five years, most recently I have took on the challenge of working with Alzheimers and Dementia residents in a Senior Living Reminiscence Department as a Lead Care Manager.
