Shaving hair care shampoos, medicinal shampoos. • Dressing and undressing. • Obtain random urine specimen, stool specimens, non-sterile sputum specimens. • Oral hygiene and denture care use a Yank Auer Suction in oral care. • Toileting, Incontinence care, perineal care, Routine skin care, Prevention of pressure ulcers. • Change condom catheters, empty ostomy bags and record output. • Replace ice in the Polar Ice Machine • Empty Ostomy bags and record output. • Assistant with mobility: range of motion, transfers, ambulation, positioning, exercises as ordered and demonstrated by an RN or physical therapist. • Feed patients once it is determined to be safe by an RN. • Insert cleansing enemas, laxative suppositories. • Re-secure restraints. • Can replace O2 tubing to nares if out of alignment.
