I believe my greatest strengths as a caregiver come from my patience, compassion, and attentiveness. It's meaningful to know that what I do can truly make a difference in someone's comfort, dignity, and happiness. 3. What I enjoy most is building relationships and bringing comfort and joy to someone's day. Whether it's sharing a smile, helping with daily tasks, or simply being there to listen, it brings me fulfillment to know I'm making someone feel valued and cared for. I also enjoy learning from the people I care for--their wisdom, stories, and experiences have taught me so much about life and compassion. 4. One personal achievement I'm proud of is being a self-taught and independent worker who learned how to provide quality care through hands-on experience, dedication, and a willingness to grow. I've earned the trust of families and clients through my consistent work ethic and reliability. It's rewarding to hear that I've made someone's life easier and more comfortable--those moments make all the hard work worth it.

I have been a caregiver for over 40 years .... I have experience with wound care and sterile procedures. I understand Supra pubic catheters ,changing them etc . I spent 12 years taking care of a woman who had M.S... my recent job i helped a family care for their mother until she passed away i was with them for over a year. throughout my career I have done jobs which require light housekeeping, taking care of animals, shopping and companionship. I can offer overnight shifts also. I have fantastic references and looking for a great job with a great employer..... whether it is full time or part time. I can also do live in if needed..i love all animals too. Owning my car i have dependable transportation and i'm very reliable which previous employers would tell you. I have been living in Sacramento for over 20 years....... Reference letters given at interviews.

I have been a caregiver since 2009. I have a great passion for taking care of others and have spent most of my working career doing so. I have extensive experience in almost every area providing care for this population. I have worked with a variety of Alzheimer's and dementia clients as well as Parkinson's, MS, Diabetes, severe respiratory issues, Huntington's disease , cancer and those on hospice all which include many different special needs. I have a degree in Psychology from CSUS that I earned in 1983. If there's something new I'm not familiar with, I'm more than willing to learn. I love to cook and most likely can make almost anything up on request. I'm always willing to do house cleaning and laundry. I take pride in my work and always go above and beyond what is expected of me. I enjoy conversing with those I provide care for, they always have such interesting memories and history. My mission is to always treat my clients with the compassion, respect and dignity they deserve. I also work at the San Juan Unified School District with Autistic preschool children which requires much energy, patience and understanding. I am also fully vaccinated.
