Worked there 5+ years for a 94 year old gentleman. Bathed him in bed. I dressed him and I helped him exercise legs. Got him up and in a wheel chair. his weight was 190 IBS. Took him to kitchen and seated and feed him. I then put a gate belt on him and walked him with his walked to his recliner. Feed all 3 meals a day, laundry, light housekeeping. There was grocery shopping, pick up medicines. I gave him his meds on time. He has a stroke and went to hospital to feed him till he came home. Then he was bed ridden. I changed his bedding, changed his diapers, gave his meds, kept him hydrated. Was up to change him during the night. I took care him and his dog and worked with hospice till he passed. At the end he had dementia and was very confused and myself and the other care giver that rotated with me comforted him talking to him and letting him know he was safe with us there in his home. We did private live in 24 hours a day. Started 4 days and then worked 3 days around the clock. I have over 10 years experience and have worked with agencies also. I'm compassionate, loving, great personality and a good cook.
