I am compassionate and believe in providing the best care possible and I have been in this field for 10+ yrs . I am honest,depenable,and believe in going above and beyond for each of my clients.Being able to provide the care they need to live in the comfort of their own home is important to ones quality of life . I enjoy being able help those who are in need making a difference big or small is rewarding all in it's self .It can be strainuos on family and friends who have other responsibilities such as jobs, living in a different town and /or may not have the medical training if needed to provide properly in the home . Home health care can become overwhelming a majority of people find it difficult to let go and trust someone else to take over the daily responsibilities for their love one . I have been in the same situation so I can relate and I am dedicated to those I provide care for and give them 100% of my attention creating a friendship and bond is important to me as well as the client .Trust is key in being able to provide proper care regaurdless if I am caring for termanilly ill vs daily basic needs. I know that some may not open up right away I am very patient and respect thier wishes and I understand it takes time to open up and let your caregiver know if there is a medical problem or any problems so that it can be addressed immediately..Privacy is also as important confidentiality is something I take seriously and if the client /patient has confided in me that is as far as it goes unless it is something that may be of harm to themselves or others...

Once I perfected my skills and with the proper work-methods, I resumed my work ethics at Oak Valley Hospital in the Rehabilitation Center; and was promoted by The Director of Nursing to a RNA position ( Restorative Nursing Assistant) working directly with professionals such as PT, PTA, Speech Specialists, RNs and Doctors.
