I am proud of completing school and getting my certificate for nursing. I love caring for others and having conversations with others and learning about their lives and accomplishments. I have 3 beautiful boys who give me the drive and motivation to be the caring and honest person that I am.

My name Is Iain Irvine. I have been a licensed nurse for 10 years in California, where I have specialized in the long term care of seniors and people with psychiatric disorders. I have experience with hospice care, and I love what I do, and am proud of the things I have learned during my nursing career. I became a caregiver after watching my grandfather go through the end stages of cancer. My family did what we could to give him the proper care and maintaining his dignity, but ultimately needed some help. The hospice nurses that came and helped my grandfather through the end of his life were a great inspiration to me. I gained a deep respect for nurses, and began my path to become one ten years ago. I enjoy meeting people of all walks of life. I enjoy learning about their unique qualities and specific needs, and applying myself to be able to meet them head on. I strive to preserve the identity and dignity of my patients, allowing them the most normalcy possible in a care environment. I am proud to have family members of patients that I have cared for still reach out to thank me for everything I did for their loved one. It is an affirmation of my commitment to providing the maximum level of care possible for each patient.
