Something that helps me be a great caregiver is my personality, i love my job and the idea of helping other . My grandmother was the reason I wanted to become a caregiver, i am very close to my grandma so i like to treat my residents as if they were my own family. I love giving my residents all the love and attention they need , i like seeing those beautiful smiles and laughter come out . I believe the best part of my job is seeing my residents happy when i see that they can remember who i am and be happy as soon as I walk in through the front door I believe i am doing a great job.
