I have followed my heart in caring. I studied reflexology My community hours were spent with the elderly at hospice, the disabled and disadvantaged. A friend and I formed a volunteer group into the townships of Johannesburg where we served the disadvantaged and disabled children. I spent time teaching elderly basic reflexology to help them feel the benefits which they wanted to extend to the grandchildren in their care. Most of them had lost their children to HIV or accidents. Caring for young and old is where I am most comfortable
