I enjoy listening to people and caring for them. I want them to be comfortable and as happy as they can be for the situation. I want to give them the attention, care and dignity they deserve. Spending time listening and sharing conversations - while also doing my job of making sure they are eating, drinking, exercising. Etc. I never thought about being a caregiver - it just happened and I am glad it did because I enjoy it. I work to increase their state of mind (happy, smile and laugh)- I know this time of their life is tough and I want to help them find some enjoyment and comfort to embrace each day.
