I became a caregiver because I was raised by my grandmother, and I helped take care of her my whole life. As a kid up until now my adult hood. I enjoy helping those who aren't willing to help themselves. Even though they may not be able to help themselves, doesn't mean they have to stop doing the thing they once enjoyed in life. My achievement in life that makes me proud is going back to nursing school for my LVN/CNA after having my son at 18. I didn't go to one of those 30 day classes, witch is still an accomplishment. But it takes time in dedication as a single mother, to take a year class and maintain time with your child. I am a very reliable, honest, dedicated, mature, in optimistic individual. Who loves to learn more in my field of work.
