A great caregiver allows the elderly to move at their own pace and not make them feel rushed. I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and feel you can get along well with a variety of elders.When i work for someone and they appreciate the things you do for them.
