I'm a mother of 5 and grandmother to 10. I've worked as a caregiver for the last 15+ years and counting. I love my clients and working with the elderly. What started out as a job became second nature and probably alot of that has to do with my cultural background. I loved it so much, I paid for my own training and certifications to be an independent caregiver. I got bonded, insured and registered with the state and I have several great references from the loving families of those whom I have cared for over the years. I've had great experiences with those who I have worked for and with, along with learning from wonderful nurses and doctors that I've interacted with during the care of many of my clients. I am very proud of the achievements I've made in taking the initiative to learn as I go with each client, and each client came with various conditions and ailments, and some with multiple conditions. It has been a great journey of growth and connection for me like no other and I find it so fulfilling to be able to help our elderly population in need. They have been all like family.

My name is Donna, I have been doing caregiving for over 15 years. After completing high school,my first job of employment was working for a local doctor in San Leandro California. I wanted to further my goals by helping people on a more one on one basis. I decided to go into caregiving.I enjoy this field of work for it gives me the oppertunity to work with varied aspects of life. I have been doing this for over 15 years now and feel that I have made a differance in those life's that I have touched.
