After helping my best friend move her parents into assisted living, I realized how much other residents enjoyed us stopping just to say "hello". When I returned home to California, I signed up and trained as a caregiver. I had several short term clients, as I actually already had a job, then, what was supposed to be a short term client, turned into 8 years with a wonderful women whom I grew very fond of. She passed at 100 and I ended up moving to Arizona. Again I have a regular job but I believe I am ready to take on a client or two. I'm a senior myself so I can't do as much as I used to. I can run errands, transportation, companionship, etc. I just can't do a lot of the physical things a lot of people need help with, but I'll do whatever I can to make life easier for someone that can use my help.
