About Pepetua

Being a caregiver has given me opportunities to learn about the elderly and grow friendships that I will forever cherish in my lifetime. I love helping people the best way I know how and I love treating all of my patients like my own family. I go about taking care of them like I would take care of my own parents. One of my proudest achievements to date has been overcoming health issues with my current employer. When I first started taking care of her, she showed major signs of depression, anxiety and mood swings but today, I feel like we are happy together and I think we owe that to our daily exercises and activities that promite happiness.

Responsibilities also included cooking healthy meals for all 3 meals of the day and housekeeping. Also provided companionship to this client for over 7 years.

Mr. Harry Holland

Took care of an elderly couple who suffered from MS and short term memory loss. Tasks included housekeeping, dinner making, holiday preparation when the children came over from different states and even helped organize Mr. Holland's funeral. I only left when Mrs. Holland's physical being deteriorated and family opted for her to be taken in to a nursing home. I travelled 30 mins by train to take care of her and did all daily grocery shopping, laundry and we would often go for walks as it helped her dementia.
