About Me as a Caregiver One of my strongest personality traits as a caregiver is patience. I understand that every person I care for has their own pace, struggles, and needs--and I do my best to meet them where they are with kindness and understanding. I'm also compassionate, a good listener, and naturally observant, which helps me notice changes in a patient's condition or mood early on. My experience as a CNA and my strong work ethic have helped me build the physical and emotional resilience this role requires. What attracted me to caregiving was the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life. I've always felt a calling to help others, especially those who are vulnerable or in need of extra support. Becoming a caregiver allows me to combine my natural empathy with hands-on care, and that felt like a meaningful path for me. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is building connections with the people I care for. Seeing a patient smile, feel safe, or improve because of something I did reminds me why this work is so important. I also enjoy being part of a healthcare team where everyone works together to support a patient's well-being. One personal achievement I'm proud of is returning to school to continue my journey toward becoming a registered nurse. It hasn't always been easy, but I've stayed committed to my goals and kept moving forward despite
