I am quite knowledgeable with blood pressure cuffs, diabetic meters, dialysis equipment, wound care, hygiene, and following dietary requirements for those requiring them. What I don't know, I am able to respond to and find the answers needed. I am no stranger to hospitals, dialysis units, and doctor offices and know the right questions to ask making notes for reference and for follow-up. I have provide medication lists and medical information cards for family members as well as for the public. Because of my experience as an assistant manager for 8 years in retail, I am able to make quick and sound decisions, assess a situation rapidly, and provide great customer care and concern.
