Hospice/Cancer patients, M S, Wound Patients, Paralysis Patients, Incontinence, etc.. All of the patients were between 72 years & 98 years. All of these patients were really great! Began: 02/04/2012 And ongoing each Tuesday & Wednesday overnight care. Both sisters in their 90's. Venus is bedridden, and with Type II Diabetes. She requires a good diet and exercise, bed baths, diaper changes, monitoring her blood sugar and blood pressure which varies. Outside of not being able to walk she seems always in good spirits.Nina is in excellent health but because she is near blind, needs help with reading her mail (etc), shopping, doctors appointments, getting out and generally enjoying a little company. Thursdays are set aside for Nina.

Began: 08/22/2010 Ended: 01/13/2012 Mr. Roennau (age 84) had a minor surgery but was not coming out of it too well. Throughout the time I was there, he experienced extremely weak moments and was back in the hospital several times. The patient needed various kinds of care, including constant wounds on his arms. He became incontinent, needed Lovenox shots (UCLA nurses trained me to administer), needed foley catheter. He also has COPD and oxygen / exercise were necessary. The family began running out of money & had another caregiver come in at a much lower price on a part time basis.
