I became a caregiver in high school I took an R.O.P class for C.N.A program I completed sadly it has expired and it's been more than 4 yrs so I would have to take the class over. I love everything about caregiving to see my residents happy and smiling is the best feeling. My achievement is honestly when my residents or family members are happy I m taking care of their family member and tell me thank you that's all I need. I have worked privately in home caregiving for years also in residential facilities. I use to have my own are giving business sadly some passed away and some of them moved in residential facilities.
