My name is Sarah Flores. I am a fairly new RN with 5 years of LVN experience. I have always been passionate about the medical field. My mother and other family members work in this field. I grew up listening to their stories. They talked about how rewarding it felt and the hardships they had to face. I participated in a medical program in high school and I quickly learned that it was the right path for me. Not only for my career but for me as a person. Being a nurse is nothing like I could have imagined. It is difficult at times but it brings me true joy and I feel like I am doing something good with my life. Making patient smile and building trusting relationships with them is the best part of my career. I am proud of how far I have come as a person because of my career.
