I help them with their ADL's ... Activities of Daily Living.... for example: Bathing, dressing, grooming... even light housekeeping & meals. A personal achievement of mine is I went to school & received my CNA certification.... I've had it since 2010. I'm 37 years old and absolutely love what I do.
