My duties and responsibilities are to takecare of all personal errands of my clients. i do basically health related services like take vital signs, temperature, respiratory rate, administer prescription medications, call for medication refill, go with client on their doctors appointment, shopping, meal preparation, take care of their proper hygiene, light housekeepping, bed lines, bathing, dress and groom, change diapers.
