Being a caregiver its being always in my heart, i always noticed that for me helping others in need was satisfying. You treat others the way you like to be treated, some people say, but with the elderly you can't expect that since sometimes they don't treat you back the same, with me it doesn't matter they're human just like we are, by God' grace will be older also. My sisters and I took turns in taking care of our elderly mother, she was 96 went she went home to be with the Lord. I enjoyed her company so much, we talked, went out to eat, we will go for rides in the car. I worked with other elderly people at this company before, sweet , angry, hurt, stubborn, and as i was doing my job they were dear to me no matter what, i think God just gave me the patience, love and compassion for others specially the elderly and children. I also worked at this other company with disabled children from birth to the age of 18, it was a challenge working with them but also enjoyable to see them grow physically and sometimes mentally. My personal achievement was getting my certification in nursing assistant to be able to continue in what i like doing. My name is Molly Estrella, I being married for 33 yrs, have five grown up children all girls, and five beautiful grandchildren. My husband's name is Louis and he is a local truck driver.
