I have been a caregiver basically my whole life. I learned this from my mother, and then by being a mother of two. I stayed home with my children when they were young so I could give them the care I felt they needed. As my children grew older I put my help into others by becoming a CNA. I spent several years caring for others with disabilities, or age related issues. My own husband was disabled and my mother suffered Alzheimer's and I cared for her as well. I just have always had a heart to care for people
